Replacement Policy
Books that are purchased can be replaced subject to certain conditions mentioned below:
- Books purchased online will be replaced only if received in a damaged, soiled/misprinted condition or wrong consignment is received. The information through email, about this has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order on email id: [email protected]
- Replacement of books purchased from anywhere else has to be notified with details on the email id: [email protected] along with the documentary proof of the purchase.
- Any complaint related to books received as part of Classroom Study Course package will be handled by the respective issuing centre only.
- The decision of replacement is subjected to the sole discretion of the management.
